Details: Ladies, please read the following
  • Space will be limited, please sign up as soon as possible
  • All further details on the Ladies Clinic will follow at a later date as they are set
  • IF YOU SIGN UP, PLEASE UNDERSTAND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING BY REGULAR USPS MAIL!
  • All details concerning the clinic will be posted and announced here on BeamerBall.com only
  • To recieve confirmation of your registration and reservation, you MUST ask for it
  • You must email Webhost@BeamerBall.com to receive confirmation of your registration and reservation
  • To give you a general idea about the details, here's a look at the itinerary from the 2006 Ladies Clinic. 2008 details and itinerary are subject to change.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: If something changes in your plans, BeamerBall.com strongly encourages you to attempt to find a replacement for your reserved spot at the Ladies Clinic. Making a substitution is easy if you find your own replacement. Just email Webhost@BeamerBall.com when you need to make a replacement, and he will work with you on the details of what needs to be done.

If you can't find a replacement to take your place, and need a refund, the following is the refund policy:
  • Between February 15th, 2008 and May 31, 2008, a full refund will be given.
  • From June 1, 2008 to June 30, 2008, a $50 refund will be given on all cancellations without substitution replacement.
  • From July 1st on, no refund will be given. Thanks for your understanding.

You have two registration and payment options:
  1. You may register and reserve your spot online, using your credit card through our secure order processing. Visa or MasterCard only please. You will receive emailed confirmation of your reservation as soon as the order is processed. You will only be able to register one name per email address. If you need to register and pay for multiple person's reservations, you need to use option #2.
  2. You may print out a registration form, fill it out, and mail in a personal check. Please print a separate form for each individual you are registering for the clinic. Please feel free to mail the forms together in one envelope, with one check, if you so desire. Confirmation of the receipt of your printed/mailed applications will only be done by email. You must email Webhost@BeamerBall.com to receive confirmation of your printed/mailed registration applications. If you would rather use option 2, please click here and print the page.
