We have objective performance scales
for each of these tests for each of our positions. To average in the superior
range for all of these tests is an accomplishment achieved by very few. It is
indeed an elite group. The performance scale system was developed from
research including top professional and college strength program's results, along
with the 20 plus years of testing data archived here at Virginia Tech.

"We have had a VERY GOOD off season training
period, (six weeks of training) and are now in the testing and evaluation stage.
We have had some exciting results so far and I wanted to share some of the highlights,
with more to come later this week. I have been pleased with the work ethic this
year and I hope the results will reflect the effort."
