Coach 's Club Registration and Purchase

In order to use the portion of our site known as the Coach's Club, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address), and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. BeamerBall.com keeps some of the information in a secure database, such as name, billing address, email, mail and phone contact info. BeamerBall.com does NOT keep complete credit card information, and as such, your credit card will never be automatically billed for any reason by BeamerBall.com. In order to renew your membership at any time, you must physically re-enter your credit card, and credit card billing information in the renewal process.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Our website's pay-per-view Coach's Club portion, uses cookie files for the log in and log out process, and the user will need to keep the BeamerBall.com cookie on their computer for the functionality to work properly. The cookie file does not track any personal information about you, as a user, but does limit the number of computers through which you may log in to the Coach's Club. We send all subscribers to BeamerBall.com's Coach's a welcoming email to verify password and username. Additionally, Coach's Club members will receive automatic emails with account renewal information when the accounts are about to expire in one year's time. Finally, Coach's Club members will occasionally receive emailed notices about items and promotional offers from the website. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. As a Coach's Club member, you may at any time elect not to receive any emailed notices from the website, by simply logging in to the Coach's Club, and manually making the change to your account inside the Coach's Club at the page called "My Account."
